Removing courses from users

You can remove courses from users very easily. Removing a course does not remove any data. You can add the course back and the user will be able to carry on learning where they left off, with all their progress and completions intact.

To remove courses from a user(s), select the user and click the edit icon next to Courses on the right hand side. Click on the courses you want to remove until they go red. You may have to click twice. Remember to click save.

Licence expiry

When a users licence expires (usually at the end of the academic year) all courses will be removed automatically. The user will need to have a new licence for you to add them back.
