To Dos

To Dos are a way for tutors to set their mentor or trainees work to do, and set a deadline.

As a group or organisation tutor you can choose which modules you want your users to complete and set the date you would like them completed by. It's great for organising work and integrating modules into the rest of your curriculum. It also helps focus learners on the most appropriate modules from a large course library. You can assign To Dos for individual users, or for the whole group at once. You can edit or remove the To Do or the due date at any time. Users will be notified by email later in the day that you have set them a To Do.

As a learner, To Dos set by your tutor or manager appear marked as 'to do' at the top of the favourites tab in your course library. They're easily visible when you log in. To Dos that are due soon or are overdue are identified with a warning too. As well as being notified that your tutor has set you a To Do, you will receive a reminder by email one day and one week before the due date.
